Vycanis Inception was born out of the need for a more structured and business-oriented framework for creating MVPs tailored to enterprise applications, such as ERPs, commercial systems, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and other corporate solutions.

Unlike the generic approach of Lean Inception, Vycanis was specifically designed for teams developing software for the business world.

If the goal is to create games, utility tools, or general-purpose applications, the traditional Lean Inception and other methodologies are more suitable.

Vycanis Inception was developed as part of my master's research in Digital Transformation, combining theory and practice to help teams define, structure, and validate their MVPs in an agile and effective way.

This initiative is connected to Vycanis Modeler, a tool that automates MVP generation based on the decisions made during the inception process. Both are part of the vision of Omnisolution, a company I founded to be responsible for developing these solutions.
