A UX Blueprint is a canvas which mirros both, the end-end visualization of your products user experience [current state], and a plan on how to improve the experience (future state).

Mapping the user experience of a particular product or service in the form of a single canvas enables us to

  • actively empathize with our customers and ensure their perspective is fully anchored in the process

  • swiftly derive a detailed understanding of the current shortcomings, opportunities, and areas of improvement of our product

  • create a simple, though powerful artifact, that supports alignment and decisions with stakeholders

The value lies in having a jointly created point of view about the end-end user experience of a product or service, mapped in a digestible and visually appealing format, which can be easily shared with stakeholders.
