Twitter Retrospective

Report

Using the Twitter concept for your next retrospective meeting is a fun and creative way to getting the team to reflect and talk. Based on the topics addressed during the retrospective, the team agrees on the improvement activities needed for the future sprint.

How to use the Twitter Retrospective

1. Prepare the Miro board - Ideally you prefill one speech bubble with a team member's name.

2. Set the stage - Start the Retrospective by introducing the team to the concept of Twitter.

3. Reflect and write individually - Give each team member 5 min to individually write down a tweet about the last sprint on the board using his/her own speech bubble. The team can use hashtags and also add photos - just like on Twitter.

4. Present, discuss and mark - Ask each team member to present her/his tweet so that other team members can ask questions or even retweet 😊 Make sure to mark action items if there are any.

5. Summarize - Agree on improvement actions and responsibilities going forward in the next sprint.
