Team Crisis
In the course of their existence, teams are likely to encounter various crises that can affect team dynamics and thus also team satisfaction and productivity. Since teams are often not in a position to prevent crises, it is all the more important to ask the question at an early stage how a team can react to a specific crisis and whether certain reactions can even take place independently of the crisis. In addition, addressing crisesis a good starting point to raise awareness of crises within the team, at an individual level and to strengthen psychological security.
This board is intended to support teams in identifying and classifying possible crises at an early stage and in developing specific and general options for action. The strengths and weaknesses of the team in dealing with possible crises are also made visible.
