Strategy Mapping - 4Ps+T

A simple visual tool to map strategic topics (post-it notes) into the 4Ps+T categories (People, Products, Projects, Processes and Technology) to be able to brainstorm and form tactical plans around them. Use the WIP and Done stickers to track their status.

Yellow post-it notes can be used to track new ideas or changes to existing strategies, while pink post-it notes can be used to track problems that need to be solved at a higehr strategic level.
