Solving Challenges with Liberating Structures

This simple workshop flow is a great way to start a community of practice or a virtual meetup. It helps people get to know each other and share their experiences and ideas.

The outcome for participants is to get help from their peers on a challenge they are facing in their work, as well as help their peers with their challenge in return. It also allows people build their coaching skills.
