Simply start the Smart Meeting and invite every participant to write kudos — short notes of appreciation — to other team members, pump it up with a music timer and emojis🎉

Once everyone is done writing, encourage few people to share.

Pro tip: Kudos Bonanza is a regular ritual at our Miro People team all-hands meetings. We like to tag stickies with a name of a person who wrote kudos, and @-mention the person we gave kudos to via comment, so they receive a notification right away. It makes the ritual even more personal and sparks appreciative conversations in the comments!
