Risk Storming is like Brain Storming risks in a larger group. A Pre-Mortem is influenced by a Post-Mortem. But you storm before the project fails, so you get valuable insights from different perspectives.

The goal is to identify first the top 10 Risks for a team or project and than define collaboratively action items. An explanation video is included as well as a PowerPoint file for an onsite workshop.
