Product Operations Maturity Framework

This product operations maturity framework helps us paint a North Star picture of mature product operations. We use this as our basis for structured quarterly cross-functional Product Group Operations planning.

• Initiatives for prioritization are mapped to the areas of the framework that they are intended to uplift.

• Decisions regarding what initiatives will be prioritized for delivery are then made, in consultation with stakeholders, based on an assessment of what areas of the maturity framework need focused uplift.

• Feedback and data insights collected from product team discovery interviews and engagement survey check-in results help us identify these areas of need.
