Personas help designers create understanding and empathy with the end-users. Deep understanding of our target audience is fundamental to creating exceptional products. You may need to create many personas for your product.

What do I need?

Information about your target audience:

  • Title

  • Industry

  • Their goals, problems, challenges and motivation to use our product

Depending on the context, add more information.

How do I proceed?

Start with any or all of the following to develop an understanding of your target audience:

  • Customer interviews

  • Competition analysis

  • Inputs from existing research

  • Stakeholder interviews

Identify patterns in the data and use that to draft a target user persona.
