PDCA
Before we dive into solving complex problems, we as Project Managers should be capable of analysis of reasons of problems, asking right questions and knowing how to avoid common mistakes. It is important to understand whether it is worth spending time and resources on solving this or another problem. Remember that working with problems is primarily about working with people.
Our consistency is the basis of success. Filling out reports does not solve the problem, so pay attention to the essence of the issue. These are the main ideas of the book written by Krszystof Dobrowolski on Problem solving. The suggested template of PDCA cycle is done in two languages:
- ES, Spanish
- ENG, English
The suggested approach of problem-solving includes some techniques of TOYOTA (such as genba and genbutsu, 5W2H, etc) and also FMEA that stands for Failure Mode and Effects Analysis
