Here’s how to use this template to provide all necessary offer information to your candidate:

1. Begin by replacing "Candidate's name" with the actual name of the candidate you are extending the offer to.

2. Set the "Base salary" field to the correct salary amount for the position.

3. Provide details about the role and responsibilities in the "Our Focus" section. Customize the sections to reflect your organization's unique mission, values, and culture in the "OBJECTIVES," "CURRENT PROJECTS," and "THE IMPACT" sections.

4. Use the "Interview process feedback" section to provide constructive feedback from the candidate's interview. Highlight the candidate's strengths and growth potential in the "STRENGTHS" and "GROWTH" sections. Specify what you loved about the candidate and how they can contribute to your team.

5. Outline the organization’s future prospects and career development opportunities in the "What the future looks like!" section. 

6. Address any questions the candidate may have in the "Questions?" section.

7. Include interesting links related to the company or industry in the "Interesting links for you!" section.

8. Encourage the candidate to provide feedback in the "Your feedback for us!" section.

9. Add any additional information such as compensation details, benefits, and relocation packages in the relevant sections.
