London Themed Retro

This retrospective elicits deeper conversations and generates sounder feedback.

Step 1

Start at the top and read out the Retro Prime Directive.

Step 2

Then, move to the Ice Breaker part of the board. Let your team answer one, two, or three questions and put their answers on a post-it with their name tag.

Step 3

Now onto the main meal, the retro board. Five sections (some of London's attributes) will help your team reflect back. The titles in bold font connect the retro to the theme, and questions underneath are the main aspects here.

Step 4

The Kudos section on the bottom is there in case anyone wanted to say thank you, well done, congrats, etc.

Step 5

Fill in the Actions section whilst you discuss your team's input.
