Living Innovation Toolkit

This toolkit is a ‘Beta’ version of a GS Group toolkit that will continue to change and grow, based on the feedback and experiences that you and other project members have with it. This will be a ‘living’ toolkit, that will continue to be revised and built upon by its users. We realize that many tools have not been included in this initial version and new ones and better ones will be identified as this toolkit grows.

This Toolkit contains elements of the innovation methodologies that leading companies around the world use. It incorporates the best practices of the Open Innovation approaches such as: Design Thinking, Lean Startup and Agile Development. GS Group teams have been using tools within these approaches for many years, and we have collected and curated processes and tools that teams have the most success with, in creating new products, services, or business models.
