Lean Coffee Retrospective

This template is a retrospective that allows participants to have a different experience with a retrospective. If you work in agile teams, this retrospective could be refreshing :)

How to use this template:

Invite people to choose coffee with sugar or coffee without sugar ☕

All participants should carry their coffees on the table of section.

Brainstorming ⚡

Choose a name label and write the participant name over it, then in one sticky note writing an important topic over purple sticky note.

Speech 👄

When everybody finishes to write the topics over the sticky notes, give two minutes per person to explain his topic, you could use the timer.

Prioritization 👓

According to the speech use the vote tool of miro and give one vote over the sticky notes. Put in the "prioritization section" the three most voted.

Kanban ✍️

Move the three sticky notes in the kanban board inside TO DO column! choose one of them and move on the WIP column.

Discussion 🤓

Talk among participants about the sticky note inside the WIP column.

Next steps 💪

Write actions items according to the sticky note topic, then move the sticky note to Done column. Repet the process with second and third sticky note of the To Do column.
