This activity is the Cues Quick-Start adapted from the book Great Mondays, this exercise helps you identify which behaviors are good for your culture and which ones aren't.

When to Use.

👉 You Want to Put Culture into Practice – Use your values to evaluate and modify you and your team's choices.

🎯 To Get Your Team on Track – Help your team establish and be held accountable for their own behaviors.

How to Use.

1️⃣ This activity is all about Start, Stop, Continue.

2️⃣ You start by writing down your values, which you determined in previous exercise and look at behaviors that align with each of those values that you want to start, stop, or continue, within your company.

Tips!

🤝 Work with your team — If you work with your team we recommend a Max of 10 participants.

↪️ Don't have a team? Just you? — That's ok! You can adapt these activities to do on your own.
