This board will take you through the areas you need to address to implement change successfully:
Retrospective: What needs to change? What areas in the organization are especially problematic?
Purpose: Why is this change important?
People: Who are the stakeholders and how will you balance their opinions?
Priority: Which tasks deserve tackling first? Which ones can be left for another day?
Proof: How will others in the organization know your change is having a meaningful impact on the business?
