What Drove us Batty (Joker Frame) - Went didn't go so well, have your team add their sprint pain points
Who did you call with the Bat Signal (Bat signal Frame) - Shout Outs, let's call out those superheroes of agile that helped the team
What can the team change (Clayface Frame) - let's shapeshift our team to be better, What processes or concerns does the team have that we can change
What still puzzles us (Riddler Frame) - Riddle me this! What is the team struggling with? is it a goal, their role on the team, or anything and everything your team wants to pose to the rest.
Soaring to the Future (Batwing Frame) - what does your team have to look forward to? new big release, onboarding new members, technology, etc.
