Building faster, together: How AI is reshaping teamwork in the product development lifecycle

Organisations are at an inflection point. Seemingly everyone is experimenting with AI to speed up day-to-day work — automating tasks, drafting docs, and summarising feedback. But the gains they experience are often isolated to individual productivity, creating new silos instead of removing them.

Drawing on Miro's 15 years of learning how teams build products, this session explores how organisations can move from a state of individual intelligence to one of collaborative intelligence — where teams work with AI together in a shared workspace. Attendees will walk away with actionable solutions for using AI to align faster, make better decisions, and ultimately get great done.
