This Workshop Canvas is for all Facilitators out there who want a tried and tested tool to up their Workshop Design Skills.

A well-facilitated workshop needs proper preparation (who may have guessed that?) and preparation needs a good and concise briefing. Otherwise, it will become guesswork all along. For that reason, we designed the Workshop Canvas - a visual tool that guides you from the briefing to the overall design of the workshop. It has become the backbone of our own facilitative work and we never enter a client briefing without it anymore. That's why we share the Workshop Canvas with the whole Miroverse as we believe better briefings lead to better designs lead to better workshops and thus unlock the potential of your clients.

The Workshop Canvas can be used in different ways:

as a design tool for your facilitation team
as a meeting outline for your client briefs
as a notetaking tool for yourself as a visual overview of all information gathered relevant to your workshops
