ACGW + Learning Inspiration

What is it?

Members of the Flutter UK&I Agility Community of Practice (CoP) have added a layer of training courses, qualifications and learning opportunities to the Agile Coaching Growth Wheel.

Participants created this resource to help guide learners when exploring the different stances of Agile Coaching and provide inspiration on how the learners might deepen their skills, competencies, and behaviours associated with each stance.

Background

Members of the Flutter UK&I Agility Community of Practice (CoP) participated in a short training course and workshop during one of their regular CoP meetings. During this event, participants were introduced to the Agile Coaching Growth Wheel and the different stances it encompasses.

After exploring the different stances, participants shared the courses, qualifications, and other learning opportunities they had undertaken, were seeking to undertake, or were aware of, which they felt supported the awareness and deepening of skills, competencies, and behaviours associated with each stance.

The list was not exhaustive and initially focused on courses and qualifications, providing links to the issuing body (e.g., Scrum Alliance, ICAgile, etc.) and an indication of cost.

The Agile Coaching Growth Wheel and its overlay were published internally and made open for iteration within Flutter UK&I, enabling learners to explore where to invest their time and energy as part of their development journey.
