Spend the afternoon building something real—alongside a curated group of product, engineering, and business transformation peers in Buenos Aires.
In this hands-on hackathon, you’ll work in small teams to tackle a meaningful product challenge from end to end, using Miro’s AI Flows and Prototype to solve a real problem and practice workflows you can apply in your own organization.
To keep the experience engaging and universally relevant, we’ll focus on improving mobility across the city—reducing commute times, easing congestion, and removing friction—so your work connects to a problem that truly matters to the community.
But the skills you’ll use? Built for complex, real-world product environments.
Over 2.5 interactive hours, you’ll move from messy inputs to a structured solution using Miro’s newest AI capabilities across discovery, ideation, and delivery.

What the Afternoon Looks Like
2:30 PM - 2:45 PM | Welcome & Framing
Set the challenge, align on the opportunity, and form teams. We’ll outline the sprint structure, tools, and judging criteria before diving in.
2:45 PM - 3:30 PM | Discover
Surface clarity from complexity.
- Bring in unstructured research and external inputs

3:30 PM - 4:15 PM | Define
Turn insight into a focused solution.
- Rapidly expand solution concepts with AI-assisted ideation

- Draft an experience flow or lightweight prototype
4:15 PM - 4:35 PM | Deliver
Shape the story and make it tangible.
- Translate your concept into user stories or a scoped plan
- Create a concise, executive-ready product pitch
- Refine outputs using Miro AI and Sidekicks
4:35 PM - 5:00 PM | Team Demos & Recognition
Fast-paced presentations, recognition for standout solutions, and a strong finish before we transition into refreshments and connection time.
5:00 PM - 6:30 PM | Happy Hour & Connection
