Working Alongside AI Agents - 13 October, 12:00–13:00 BST
Joe McLean and Laura Seach will walk through what it actually looks like to work with AI agents day-to-day: beyond the theory and into real, practical application. Come ready to experiment and discuss.
Leading AI Transformation at Miro - 20 October, 12:00–13:00 BST
In this session, Dom Katz will share how Miro is approaching AI transformation from the inside - what's working, what isn't, and what it actually takes to lead meaningful change at an organisational level. Come ready to reflect on your own context and bring your questions.
In-person Showcase, London - November
This is your chance to present your finished AI workflow to the cohort and industry experts, celebrate what you've built, and receive your Miro AI Champion certificate. The evening includes networking, peer presentations, and an exclusive showcase in London.
Who should attend?
For leaders ready to build with AI, not just learn about it.
Previous attendees include VPs of AI, Chief Architects, AI Leads, Senior Product Managers, and Heads of Product, Engineering, Design, AI, Innovation, and Digital Transformation.

You own what gets built.
Whether that's products, systems, or the design that holds them together — AI is accelerating your team's output, but you're the one making sure it's actually good. Speed without quality isn't progress.

You've moved past the pilots.
You know AI works — now you need it to work everywhere, for everyone, consistently. That means changing how people work, not just what tools they have.

You have the mandate and the tools.
What you need is something that actually moves people. You're here to build a working solution your team can't argue with — and find the peers who've already cracked it.

Program FAQs
When does the Bootcamp take place?
Cohort 2 starts in October and includes three virtual sessions on 6, 13, and 20 October, followed by an in-person showcase in London in November.
Are the sessions live or recorded?
All core sessions are delivered live and remotely to ensure high-value peer interaction and breakout group collaboration.
How much does the program cost?
The Miro AI Bootcamp is entirely free of charge for selected applicants. Since cohort spaces are strictly capped at 40 participants, we only ask for your active participation and full commitment to the program sessions.
Do I need a technical or coding background?
No technical or engineering experience is required. The program focuses on strategic workflow architecture and utilizing Miro's intuitive, advanced AI capabilities.
What kind of challenge or use case should I bring?
Bring a real challenge where AI could help your team work faster, make better decisions, or improve the quality of outcomes.
Some examples include:
- Improving how your team synthesises customer research and turns insights into action.
- Redesigning your product discovery process to accelerate idea generation and validation.
- Creating a more effective roadmap planning workflow that aligns stakeholders and prioritises work.
- Accelerating the journey from concept to prototype for new products, services, or customer experiences.
- Streamlining how project teams capture knowledge, make decisions, and share updates.
- Reducing manual work in recurring processes such as planning, reporting, documentation, or workshops.
You don't need to arrive with a fully defined solution. Throughout the programme, you'll refine the problem, explore opportunities, and build an AI-powered workflow tailored to your team's needs. For extra inspiration check out Miro AI Playbook with use case examples.
What will I leave with?
By the end of the programme, you'll have a working AI-powered workflow designed around a real challenge from your organisation. You'll also gain practical experience with Miro's latest AI capabilities, a network of peers navigating similar challenges, and a clear framework for scaling successful AI practices across your team.
Is the London closing showcase mandatory?
The in-person graduation and networking evening in London is highly recommended, but completely optional. If you cannot attend in person, you can still complete the program and receive your certificate remotely.
