Details: This interactive, hands-on workshop focuses on using Miro AI Workflows to generate scenarios, synthesize various inputs, and create “decision snapshots” for complex, cross-team problems. You’ll get hands‑on experience with AI in a safe, concrete business context, covering typical KRUK challenges—such as navigating dependencies and ownership—moving from messy ideas to actionable, documented results.
