What you’ll do
- Be the first sales hire in Italy, responsible for building Miro’s presence and customer base from scratch
- Position Miro as a strategic partner for innovation management with large and complex enterprise clients across a variety of industries
- Identify, target, and close new enterprise accounts across multiple industries
- Position Miro as a strategic partner for innovation management with large and complex enterprise clients across a variety of industries
- Partner with Solution Engineering and Customer Success to deliver a high-quality end-to-end experience
- Build and execute a strategic go-to-market plan for Italy in collaboration with regional leadership
- Run discovery-led sales processes to deeply understand customer challenges and map them to Miro’s value proposition
- Drive full-cycle sales from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing
- Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM hygiene
- Contribute feedback from the field to support Product and Marketing teams in strengthening Miro´s brand presence in the Italian market
- Establish and manage partnerships with local resellers and work closely with the Channel team to build a strong, scalable reseller ecosystem
What you’ll need
- 5+ years of sales experience within SaaS or related tech in the Italian Market
- Strong prospecting, territory planning, and team-selling experience
- Proven track record of net new business acquisition and exceeding quotas in greenfield or underdeveloped markets
- Experience in building or scaling a territory from the ground up, ideally as a first hire or early-stage team member
- Strong discovery, stakeholder mapping, and value-based selling skills
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment with a self-starter mindset
- You have the ability to grow rapport and relationships with potential clients and executives
- You have a great attitude that can manoeuvre through ambiguity and ability to work and collaborative with a growing team
- You are curious: always looking for an opportunity to learn, grow and give/receive feedback
- You are a results-oriented with a relentless focus on delivering customer value and a great customer experience
