About the Role
As a Commercial Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in expanding Miro’s footprint by supporting your team to identify, engage, and close business with companies ranging from 500 to 3,000 employees. We're looking for a dynamic sales leader who has experience with complex, multi-product solution sales and a track record of strong collaboration with various cross-functional partners to enhance our process and drive revenue growth in this segment.
This role will report directly to the Head of AMER Corporate Sales and will be a key member of the sales leadership organization. This is an ideal role for someone who is a natural builder with a passion for sales, execution and motivated by developing talent and creating high performing teams.
What you’ll do
- Coach, enable and lead a team of 6-7 Account Executives to help land and expand within the Commercial Segment (500-3,000 employees)
- Develop the team by arming them with key sales skills and fundamentals to evolve our multi-product, solution sales motion
- Help reps close deals following a consistent, repeatable process that is optimized for customer-centric value selling
- Spot trends from customer conversations to build strategies to drive growth and remove bottlenecks from the sales process
- Use data-driven pipeline prioritization and forecasting methodologies
- Assist in continual training & development of the team, and supporting hiring and career growth
What you’ll need
- 4+ years of SaaS sales experience; 2+ years of SaaS leadership experience in the Mid-Market space
- Experience selling to new and existing customers under 3,0000 employees, with a mix of velocity sales and complex solution sales
- Experience with value selling in a multi-product environment to a technical audience (i.e Engineering, Product & Design teams)
- Prior success as a player-coach leading a team while simultaneously contributing to deal execution in partnership with your Account Executives
- A proven track record of leading a team to consistently meet and exceed sales targets
- Proficiency in value-based selling techniques and methodologies such as MEDDPICC; strong presentation and storytelling abilities
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach (or similar), and Gong (or similar) to manage and analyze sales activities effectively
- A growth mindset with a passion for high performance in a fast paced, high-growth environment
