About the Role
What you’ll do
- Support the setup and administration of the annual compensation cycle, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance. Providing data analysis, guidance and support to business partners and leaders as they navigate the compensation cycle
- Conduct annual benchmarking, salary range review, and survey participation
- Support quarterly equity reviews by collecting data on new hire and job change grants and assisting with Compensation Committee materials
- Provide compensation-related data and analysis to people business partners, recruiters, and business leaders, including job evaluations and compensation recommendations
- Contribute to preparations for the 2026 pay transparency requirements and ensure ongoing compliance with EMEA compensation laws and regulations
- Act as the go-to compensation partner for EMEA, addressing regional needs and supporting effective Works Council engagement in the Netherlands and Germany
What you’ll need
- 5+ years of experience in compensation, with a strong emphasis on EMEA markets
- Proven ability to design & administer compensation programs, equity-based plan experience is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with advanced Excel proficiency
- Experience with Workday Advanced Compensation
- Solid understanding of EMEA compensation laws and practices
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
