About the Role
What you’ll do
- Prospect into established companies and high-growth organizations across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
- Generate a consistent flow of qualified pipeline opportunities per quarter to fuel AE success
- Build strong relationships with department heads, project leaders, and IT stakeholders by deeply understanding their specific business needs and challenges
- Leverage creative outbound strategies—including email, phone, LinkedIn, and video—to initiate interest and spark authentic conversations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with AEs and Marketing to refine regional messaging and uncover new opportunity spaces
- Use tools like Salesforce, Outreach, Sales Navigator & AI tools to manage your activity, forecast pipeline, and maintain high lead quality
- Act as a market expert by staying updated on regional industry trends and sharing feedback from the field to influence our regional go-to-market strategy
What you’ll need
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, ideally within the tech or SaaS environment
- Strong prospecting skills and a genuine love for the art of outbound engagement
- Fluency in German and English is required to effectively communicate with stakeholders in the DACH region
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to earn trust quickly across various professional levels
- Familiarity with sales tools like Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, Sales Navigator & AI tools
- A self-motivated and organized mindset, with the ability to navigate a fast-paced environment
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to work in a high-ownership, low-ego team setting
