About the Team
The Enterprise DACH team is a critical component of our go-to-market strategy as we transition Miro from a collaboration tool to a multi-product innovation platform. We are positioning Miro as the strategic partner for Product Acceleration, helping the most complex organizations in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland move from discovery to delivery faster than ever. By leveraging our new AI-innovation workspace and Agentic AI, you will help customers automate workflows and bridge the gap between ideation and execution.
About the Role
What you’ll do
- Strategic Expansion: Prospect, develop, and close expansion opportunities within your named Enterprise accounts by introducing Miro’s multi-product suite
- Persona-Based Selling: Build deep, trusted relationships with Heads of Product, Heads of Design, CTOs, and Chief AI Officers to align Miro with their product roadmaps
- AI Transformation: Champion the use of Agentic AI and our AI-innovation workspace to solve bottlenecks in the product development lifecycle
- Value-Led Discovery: Run effective discovery sessions that move beyond features to focus on Product Acceleration and business outcomes
- Collaborative Selling: Partner with Customer Success, Solution Engineering, and Marketing to run successful pilots and "Value Realization" workshops
- Account Blueprinting: Create and execute strategic account plans for top-priority customers, mapping out how Miro can serve as the core OS for their innovation teams
- Forecast Accuracy: Maintain a clean pipeline and accurately forecast monthly and quarterly quotas
What you’ll need
- SaaS Sales Expertise: 2+ years of sales experience within technology/SaaS, with a proven track record of navigating the Enterprise DACH market
- Executive Credibility: Ability to hold high-level conversations with CTOs and AI leadership regarding platform integration and AI-driven automation
- Domain Fluency: Understanding of the product development lifecycle (Product Management, UX/Design, Engineering) and how AI is shifting these industries
- Consultative Approach: Proven ability to work backwards from a customer’s business priorities to deliver a high-ROI solution
- Growth Mindset: You are curious and excited to learn about multi-product ecosystems and the evolving landscape of Agentic AI
- Linguistic Skills: Professional-level fluency in both German and English is essential for this territory
- Result-Oriented: A "can-do" attitude with a relentless drive to exceed quotas and solve complex customer problems
