The Corporate Sales Team is pivotal to Miro’s go-to-market strategy, focusing on driving growth by acquiring new customers as well as by growing existing customer base. About the Role
What you’ll do
- Prospect and Engage: Develop and execute a territory strategy to identify and prioritize high-potential prospects, leveraging tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong
- Pipeline Generation: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities with support from the Sales Development team, while also driving your own prospecting efforts
- Value Selling: Understand customer pain points, articulate Miro’s value proposition, and tailor presentations to address specific use cases
- Stakeholder Management: Build trust and credibility with key decision-makers, including C-Level and VP-Level executives, guiding them through the buying journey
- Sales Excellence: Drive high-velocity and strategic sales cycles, ensuring consistent achievement of revenue targets and quotas
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and advancements in SaaS to position Miro as the solution of choice
What you’ll need
- Experience: 2+ years of Account Executive experience in a SaaS or technology sales environment, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding new business quotas
- Skills: Proficiency in value-based selling techniques and methodologies such as MEDDPICC; strong presentation and storytelling abilities
- Tools: Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach (or similar), and Gong (or similar) to manage and analyze sales activities effectively
- Mindset: A passion for prospecting, an entrepreneurial spirit, and resilience in navigating complex sales cycles
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional partners (SDR, Renewals, Customer Success) to ensure optimized and effective customer experience
