About the Role
As a Strategic Global Account Executive, you will be a critical driver of our go-to-market strategy, focusing on high-value Professional Services Providers (PSPs), Life Sciences/Manufacturing, and FSI clients. This position requires exceptional strategic selling capabilities to maximize the significant opportunity within the largest global organisations that aligns to Agentic AI and product pivot opportunities. You'll lead cross-functional teams to develop, negotiate, and close complex business deals with some of the largest organisations in the world.
What you’ll do
- Lead strategic account planning to align with and accelerate customers' strategic change programs, particularly focused on AI transformation initiatives
- Develop deep, executive-level relationships with decision makers in Professional Services Partners, Life Sciences/Manufacturing clients, FSI prospects
- Create and execute multi-year significant partnership strategies and revenue outcomes
- Combine interests of multiple client stakeholders to drive substantial account revenue growth of $1-5M+
- Break into new personas and lines of business to drive incremental use cases
- Partner closely with AI Transformation teams to increase focus on strategic, outcome-led business plans
- Achieve annual quotas of pipeline and closed business
- Lead cross-functional teams including Customer Success, Sales Development, Sales Engineering, and Services teams
What you’ll need
- 15+ years of enterprise sales experience servicing large organisations through meaningful change initiatives
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas on complex, high-value deals ($1M+)
- Deep relationships and expertise selling to Professional Services firms and/or Life Sciences/Manufacturing/FSI enterprises
- Strong New Logo Acquisition & Account Expansion skills (strategic territory planning, cross-functional team selling)
- Experience selling enterprise SaaS platforms and AI/transformation solutions
- Excellent executive-level communication skills and ability to navigate complex organizational structures
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work through ambiguity
- Strategic vision to capitalise on the Agentic AI opportunity and product pivot potential
- Experience in complex, work-stream and multi-product deal cycles
- Ability to position value effectively to senior stakeholders across diverse industries
