The Renewals org is a diverse team, based in hubs across the globe, responsible for managing all Miro subscription renewals, direct and through the partner channel. We are looking for you to complete our team and start owning the relationship with our most valued customers. About the Role
The Renewals Manager is tasked with owning the renewal journey for our existing customer base in the DACH region. You will achieve high retention rates by acting as the primary point of contact for Enterprise and Mid-Market clients, driving the end-to-end process from initiation to close.
What you’ll do
- Own the renewal journey from initiation to close for Enterprise and Mid-Market clients in DACH
- Act as a "T-Shaped" partner, thinking beyond your function to ensure the best outcome for the customer and Miro
- Collaborate at eye-level with Account Executives and Customer Success to identify expansion opportunities
- Maintain accurate 120-day forecasts and high data hygiene within the CRM
- Ruthlessly simplify renewal processes to maintain high-velocity execution
What you’ll need
- 3+ years of experience in renewals, account management, or a commercial SaaS role
- Proven success in mitigating churn in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise environments
- Strong negotiation skills and "Intellectual Honesty" when navigating difficult customer conversations
- Professional fluency in both German and English (written and verbal)
- Experience managing a large book of business (50+ accounts per quarter)
- A "can-do" attitude with the resilience to navigate a fast-paced "marathon of sprints"
