About the Role
What you’ll do
- Coordinate and process monthly payroll for Armenia employees in Armsoft, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Support the transition from Armsoft to ADP Celergo for Armenia payroll
- Collaborate closely with the People Ops team to capture payroll changes such as new hires, transfers, promotions, pay rate changes, and other adjustments
- Maintain payroll processing systems and records by gathering, validating, and inputting data with accuracy
- Ensure compliance with Armenian statutory requirements for payroll calculations, deductions, filings, and reporting
- Provide reports to internal stakeholders (e.g., Accounting, Finance) and support audits as needed
- Maintain internal payroll documentation, ensuring processes are updated and clearly detailed
- Address employee inquiries in a clear, timely, and employee-centric manner, escalating as needed
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to payroll system enhancements
- Support the broader global payroll team, providing coverage and assistance on international payrolls where needed, especially during the ADP Celergo implementation
What you’ll need
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in Payroll or a comparable role
- Hands-on experience with Armsoft is highly preferred; experience with ADP Celergo is a strong plus
- Strong knowledge or base understanding of Armenian payroll regulations and compliance requirements
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, formulas, data validation, etc.)
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach to payroll
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a global team
- Proactive, curious, and eager to learn, with a drive to understand processes and identify improvements
- Experience supporting payroll in an international environment is a plus
- Fluency in Armenian and English (written and spoken) is required
