About the Team
The Content Security team enables large and regulated organizations to adopt Miro broadly by providing compliance, governance, and security capabilities at scale, including automated sensitive data detection (Data Discovery), classification, and policy‐driven controls for content and sharing (Intelligent Guardrails).
This suite of tools is part of the Enterprise Guard add-on which provides advanced security and governance capabilities. The Data Security layer is one of it's pillars and the Content Security teams guarantees it follows high industry standards.
About the Role
What you’ll do
- Design, build, and operate secure, scalable services and administration UIs that power detection, classification, and guardrails for Content Security
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product and design to build enterprise workflows
- Contribute on multiple codebases with varied tech stacks
- Join a team of experienced engineers that will onboard you to interesting domains and technical challenges
What you’ll need
- Experience building production full‐stack products (modern backend like Kotlin/Java and frontend with React/TypeScript—or equivalent). If experience is mostly in either backend or frontend then willingness to expand to full-stack is important
- Experience designing secure, reliable distributed systems and APIs (data modeling, consistency, failure modes)
- Mindful about operational excellence with solid debugging skills
- Clear communication, async collaboration, and ability to execute on well-defined tasks autonomously. Proactive to seek for support when blocked
- Bias to deliver iteratively with instrumentation, user feedback, and measurable outcomes
