Lead Product Marketing Manager - Solutions

Product Marketing, New York, US

About the Team

Miro's Product Marketing team shapes how the world thinks about, adopts, and gets value from Miro. We are responsible for crafting and packaging Miro's product story and taking it to customers with impactful go to market approaches, built in partnership across teams at Miro. Successful Product Marketers at Miro are curious, customer centric, creative problem solvers, operate with end to end ownership of their domain, and can seamlessly shift from storytelling to strategy to tactical marketing execution to drive outcomes.

About the Role

We're seeking an exceptional Lead Product Marketing Manager to join our Solutions PMM function, driving how we package and position Miro's platform and core products for distinct customer segments, personas, or industries. This role requires a deep understanding of customer-centric marketing and the expertise to translate Miro's capabilities into compelling, differentiated solutions for specific buying groups and market segments.

You'll bridge the gap between Miro's product capabilities and real-world customer needs, developing solution-level strategies that drive adoption, engagement, and revenue growth across key market segments. This role offers significant autonomy to build scalable go-to-market approaches while working directly with senior leadership to expand Miro's market reach and competitive positioning.

What you’ll do

  • Drive deep customer and market understanding through curiosity-driven research, uncovering insights about target personas, buying processes, competitive landscapes, and customer journeys across distinct segments including service providers, IT teams, and industry verticals
  • Develop differentiated solution positioning and messaging that packages Miro's platform capabilities into compelling value propositions for specific customer segments, connecting product features to business outcomes that resonate with distinct buying groups
  • Build comprehensive segment-specific go-to-market strategies with an end-to-end perspective, optimizing messaging and positioning throughout the full customer journey from awareness through retention while driving system-wide impact across marketing, sales, and customer success
  • Drive solution marketing campaigns and sales enablement by partnering with cross-functional teams to execute full-funnel marketing campaigns, create targeted sales plays, and develop compelling case studies that demonstrate ROI for specific customer segments
  • Influence cross-functional alignment without formal authority, driving decisions across product, sales, marketing, and customer success teams through data-driven insights and compelling storytelling that connects solutions to business outcomes

What you’ll need

  • 5+ years of product marketing/generalist marketing experience with proven success in segment-based or solution marketing, preferably in enterprise SaaS environments with both PLG and Sales-led go to market motions
  • T-shaped marketing skills combining deep product marketing expertise (positioning, messaging, competitive intelligence) with broad understanding of demand generation, sales enablement, and customer lifecycle marketing
  • Multi-product or platform experience with enterprise software, particularly in productivity, collaboration, or work management solutions, with demonstrated ability to package complex capabilities into clear customer value propositions
  • Specialized expertise coming from or marketing to service providers (professional services firms, consultancies, agencies) or IT/enterprise technology buyers would be a strong plus for this role

What's in it for you

  • 401k matching + Competitive equity package
  • Excellent Medical, Dental and Vision health benefits
  • Fertility & Family Forming Benefits
  • Flexible time off
  • Lunch, snacks and drinks provided in the office
  • Wellbeing benefit and WFH equipment allowance
  • Annual learning and development allowance to grow your skills and career
  • Up to $2,000 of charitable donation matches each year

The reasonably estimated salary range is specific to New York and may not be applicable to other locations. The range for this role is $155,200 - $194,000. Final compensation and total package components will be based on individual factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
