About the Role
As a Growth Account Manager, you will play a critical role in deepening Miro’s presence within existing accounts. Your primary responsibility will be to build and expand relationships with current customers, demonstrating how Miro’s platform can support their evolving needs and deliver measurable business value. This role is ideal for sales professionals who excel at account strategy, relationship-building, and delivering exceptional customer experiences in a high-velocity, transactional sales environment.
What you’ll do
- Account Expansion: Develop and execute account plans to identify growth opportunities, engaging with customers to increase adoption and expand Miro’s footprint within their organization
- Relationship Building: Establish trust and credibility with key stakeholders, including decision-makers and influencers, to foster long-term partnerships
- Value Selling: Understand customer pain points and business goals, showcasing how Miro’s platform can address their challenges and deliver significant ROI
- Customer Success Collaboration: Partner closely with Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding, adoption, and satisfaction, positioning Miro as an indispensable tool for their teams
- Pipeline Management: Independently identify and nurture opportunities for expansion within your accounts, managing multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume motion
- Sales Excellence: Accurately forecast revenue growth, maintain detailed account records, and consistently meet or exceed quotas
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, customer feedback, and competitive offerings to better serve your accounts and position Miro as a market leader
What you’ll need
- Experience: 2+ years in a SaaS or technology sales environment, with a proven track record in a sales or sales development role, demonstrating strong performance and the ability to drive results
- Skills: Strong relationship-building abilities, effective communication skills, and expertise in value-based selling techniques
- Tools: Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce and sales tools such as Gong or Outreach
- Mindset: A customer-focused, results-driven approach with a passion for fostering long-term partnerships
- Adaptability: Proven ability to manage complex accounts, prioritize competing demands, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Collaboration: A team-oriented mindset, working cross-functionally to ensure customer success and growth
