About the Team
Australia is the hub for the APAC region at Miro with around 70 employees across the region based in Sydney, Melbourne and Singapore.
Our Sydney hub is a cross-functional team of GTM specialists at the forefront of Miro's growth strategy, partnering with the world's largest companies to drive innovation and transformation through visual collaboration. We're a high-energy, collaborative team focused on establishing Miro as a strategic platform within our customers' organisations and expanding our enterprise footprint.
About the Role
What you’ll do
- Maximize executive effectiveness through strategic time management, proactive action item tracking, and thoughtful calendar optimization
- Elevate the executive's external profile by coordinating compelling presentations, speeches, and content creation, leveraging internal resources for maximum impact
- Drive team excellence by fostering a high-performing culture, identifying improvement areas, and spearheading engaging social initiatives
- Seamlessly manage complex logistics, including international travel arrangements, offsite events, and leadership forums, ensuring flawless execution
- Serve as a key communicator, crafting professional correspondence, managing sensitive information, and representing the executive across various platforms
- Contribute to company-wide initiatives, including leading employee resource groups and participating in transformative projects that shape Miro's collaborative culture
What you’ll need
- 5+ years full-time executive support, reporting to one or more executives
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work autonomously
- Experience in a high-growth and fast-changing environment preferred
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with international travel coordination
- Proficiency in Google Apps, AI and other productivity and collaboration tools
- Ability to deliver a high level of discretion and confidentiality at all times
