About the Team
The GTM Strategy & Programs team transforms bold strategic ideas into actionable go-to-market initiatives. Sitting at the heart of Miro’s commercial operating model, we work cross-functionally to define strategy, align stakeholders, and orchestrate high-impact programs that enable our teams to bring Miro’s products and solutions to market effectively and efficiently.
About the Role
What you’ll do
- Translate company and product strategy into actionable GTM programs and motions
- Design and evolve Miro’s GTM operating model, to support scalable product and solution launches or drive GTM execution effectiveness
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and CS to align plans and drive execution
- Define GTM priorities and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders
- Build and lead program plans that include objectives, timelines, deliverables
- Run program cadences to ensure accountability, progress tracking, and escalation handling
- Act as a thought partner to leaders, providing strategic input and insights to refine GTM strategy
- Facilitate feedback loops from the field to improve the quality and impact of GTM efforts
What you’ll need
- 4-6 years of experience in strategy, operations, program management, or consulting, ideally in B2B SaaS
- Proven track record managing cross-functional strategic initiatives or GTM programs
- Strong problem-solving and structured thinking; able to simplify complexity and drive clarity
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to influence without authority
- Experience with data-driven decision making and creating actionable recommendations
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and able to prioritize effectively
