About the Team
The Revenue Marketing team is the team directly linked to our Go-to-market organization. You are the go-to person for our Sales and Customer Success people for all things marketing. The Revenue Marketing team is ~30 people and part of a larger 150+ person marketing team.
You will be part of a team of 8, reporting to the Head of Revenue Marketing, EMEA.
The other revenue marketers outside of your direct team are either supporting the AMER or APAC region or are part of the Demand Generation team.
About the Role
Are you a seasoned marketer with a passion for events, strategic 1:1 ABM, and experience in high-growth environments? Join Miro's Revenue Marketing team as the Strategic Field Marketing Lead for the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
As an individual contributor, you'll be the driving force behind Miro's field marketing strategy in DACH, partnering closely with sales and customer success, acting as a strategic business partner to our sales leadership team. You'll bring localized marketing programs to market that build and accelerate the Enterprise pipeline, working cross-functionally to execute a key component of Miro's global strategy.
What you’ll do
- Establish and own Miro's field marketing strategy for DACH
- Deliver a diverse portfolio of marketing programs across the sales cycle, focusing on pipeline generation and maturation
- Drive expansion opportunities of high-value customers through highly targeted Account Based Marketing efforts and events
- Increase market awareness and generate new business opportunities through partners and field events
- Amplify customer insights through case studies, customer advisory boards, and PR sourcing
What you’ll need
- Proven experience as a field marketing lead in a B2B SaaS company, ideally aimed towards large Enterprises
- Strong understanding of regional campaign management and measurement
- Outstanding skills in project management and prioritization
- Ability to design and manage diverse marketing tactics, including executive events and briefings
- Experience in high-growth environments
