About the Team
The Commercial Account Executive Team plays a vital role in our go-to-market strategy. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for prospecting, developing, and closing deals with companies having fewer than 2,000 employees. This will lay the groundwork for future expansion and revenue growth for the company. While we work diligently to achieve our goals, we also prioritize maintaining a fun, collaborative, and well-balanced culture.
About the Role
As a member of the Miro Commercial sales team, you will enable organizations with fewer than 2,000 employees to adopt Miro as their preferred innovation workspace. You will join a team of highly motivated and energetic sales professionals who excel at acquiring new customers, managing both high-velocity and strategic sales cycles, and presenting the Miro value proposition to a diverse range of accounts across various industries. This is a hybrid sales role where you will not only land new customers but also maintain and nurture the relationship post-sale and drive expansion sales cycles.
What you’ll do
- Prospect into your assigned territory and win Miro’s next wave of new customers
- Expand existing customers via proactive selling strategies, engaging new lines of business to start using Miro for their key use cases
- Support our renewals team to retain or expand existing customers within your territory
- Proactively manage complex sales situations and sales campaigns
- Create, deliver, and manage client demos, pilots, and proposals
- Utilize solution and value-selling techniques along with overcoming objections to effectively guide sales processes to close
- Engage with C-Level and VP-Level Executives
- Actively managing quotes and proposals
- Keep informed of product line, competition and industry trends
What you’ll need
- 3+ years of Account Executive experience in a Technology or SaaS company
- Closing experience with a history of meeting sales quotas
- Experience conducting client demos/presentations
- Knowledge of MEDDPICC selling methodology
- Knowledge of value-selling techniques
- Salesforce CRM experience
- Outreach (or similar) experience
- Gong (or similar) experience
