As a part of our Product Design team, you will contribute to our key product launch moments throughout the year.
About the Role
We are looking for a Design Program Manager to work closely with the design leadership team and to be a part of a studio of Product Designers and Researchers. By supporting the various aspects of the design production, you will enable teams to focus their time on designing, building and shipping products. You will improve team communication, collaboration and remove roadblocks. You'll utilize a full range of organizational and interpersonal skills to help keep our teams on track and execute specific design initiatives.
What you’ll do
- Lead end-to-end design led programs effectively engaging with cross-functional partners
- Empower the unified design process — enabling scale, operationalizing and streamlining the work.
- Enable better collaborations between design teams and with non-design partners
- Establish Design standards and baselines
- Employ a streamlined quality management process
What you’ll need
- 5+ years of experience in Design / Marketing industry and 2+ experience in Design Operations role with demonstrated impact
- Proven success in high-growth / tech environment
- End-to-end experience with all aspects of Design process
- Ability to define and refine Product Design processes in connection with broader Product Development at given scale to ensure operational efficiency
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality work on schedule, including quickly turning around study plans and reports
- Strong grasp of quantitative data analysis
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills; the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly across different audiences and levels of the organization.
