About the Team

Miro is looking to hire a strong leader to lead our go-to-market presence in the Enterprise Segment of our DACH region, lead that part of the DACH Sales team, and contribute to driving the company through the next phase of growth in the region.
Each role at Miro is based at one of our physical hubs and we look for talent that want to be part of these local, collaborative communities. Mironeers work in a hybrid model, with 3 days a week in office culture as our baseline.

About the Role

This role will report into our Head of DACH, driving the geography through the next phase of growth in the region and will be a key member of the DACH sales leadership organization. This is an ideal role for someone who is a natural builder with a passion for sales, strategy and motivated by developing talent and creating high performing teams.

What you’ll do

  • Formulate the Enterprise go-to-market strategy in DACH in close collaboration with sales leadership, revenue operations, product and marketing
  • Run, and continue to coach, train, and develop a diverse team of sales people that will sell into the Enterprise segment
  • Be responsible for selling to new customers and growing and retaining existing customers
  • Personally work with decision makers at some of our largest and most dynamic customers to drive satisfaction and further engagement
  • Help improve our offerings by providing salespeople’s and customers’ perspective to the product team especially as on the aspects of localisation and specific market needs

What you’ll need

  • 8+ years of Sales experience with strong performance and career traction, preferably in DACH
  • 3+ years of DACH Sales leadership experience at high-growth Enterprise SaaS companies scaling from $100M+ to $1B+ in ARR globally
  • Experience running a complex multi-motion sales organization including both high-velocity sales and strategic $250K+ deals
  • Experience hiring and developing people
  • Strong understanding of DACH B2B SaaS market and demonstrated ability to work with Marketing and Customer Success and other cross-functional teams to capture the market opportunity
  • Spoken German is highly preferred
