About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Sales for Nordics, Benelux and Emerging Markets, you'll be instrumental in expanding our market presence, strengthening our customer base and driving sustainable revenue growth. This is a high-impact role for a leader who excels at building, scaling and inspiring high-performing teams. You'll combine commercial instinct with a passion for talent development, enabling your team to consistently deliver outstanding results.

What you’ll do

  • Own and Evolve the Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead the development and execution of a future-focused GTM plan for the Nordics, working closely with Revenue Operations, Product, and Marketing to align on priorities and accelerate growth
  • Build and Empower a High-Performing Team: Attract, develop, and lead a diverse team of sales professionals across multiple sales motions, creating a culture of excellence, accountability and continuous learning
  • Deepen Strategic Customer Relationships: Serve as a trusted partner to our most important customers, driving long-term success and uncovering new opportunities for expansion and value creation
  • Be the Voice of the Market: Represent the unique needs of the Nordics region internally by delivering actionable insights to product and leadership teams ensuring localisation, relevance and competitive edge
  • Drive Cross-Functional Impact: Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and other key teams to increase brand visibility, align on regional initiatives and maximise market opportunities
  • Take Ownership of Miro's Regional Executive Presence: Serve as the senior in-region executive presence for Miro across the Nordics, including representing the company at external events, engaging at C-level with key customers and prospects, and building Miro's profile and credibility in the market.

What you’ll need

  • Market Insight: Expertise in working cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and product teams to seize market opportunities
  • Proven Sales Leadership: 5+ years leading high-performing sales teams within fast-paced, high-growth Enterprise SaaS environments, with a consistent track record of exceeding targets
  • Deep Domain Expertise: 10+ years in B2B technology sales, with a strong grasp of the SaaS landscape, go-to-market dynamics and evolving customer expectations
  • Strategic Sales Execution: Demonstrated success in scaling complex, multi-motion sales organisations balancing high-velocity pipelines with enterprise deals exceeding $500K
  • Team Builder & Talent Magnet: Passionate about recruiting, mentoring and developing diverse teams. Recognised for building cultures of excellence, inclusion, and growth
  • Cross-Functional Operator: Skilled in partnering across Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to identify growth opportunities, refine positioning and execute go-to-market strategies that resonate in the market
