About the Role

We're seeking a results-driven leader to scale Miro's Product Marketing function and pioneer a new model for how platform companies do product marketing.

This role is for product marketers with product management backgrounds who've built and launched 0-to-1 B2B or B2C2B products at startups and midsized companies — and now want to drive revenue growth, market share, and product adoption at scale.

You'll have a real impact: define a category, shape GTM for 100M+ users, develop future leaders. You'll have real resources: leadership backing for bold bets, freedom to experiment, room to build. You'll lead 15 product marketers to deliver on aggressive targets. You'll drive industry defining transitions: multi-product complexity, fast-moving AI market, scaling from 250K to 500K+ customers.

Your PM background means you understand how products are built, making you uniquely equipped to position, sell, and scale them — including through strategic partnerships. This role is measured by business outcomes, not marketing outputs.

What you’ll do

Drive Business Impact
  • Develop positioning, messaging, and enablement that improve win rates
  • Drive adoption across 100M+ users and 250K+ customers (trial→paid, single product→platform)
  • Establish Miro as the leading AI Innovation Workspace
  • Execute GTM strategies that generate qualified pipeline and accelerate deal velocity
  • Create co-marketing programs, joint value props, and partner enablement that drive 20%+ of pipeline
  • Hold yourself accountable to pipeline and revenue targets alongside Sales leadership
Lead PMMs to Results
  • Set clear OKRs tied to business outcomes 
  • Build team skills across 0-to-1 launches and scaled solutions
  • Hold team members accountable to results while coaching them to excellence
  • Create scalable playbooks and frameworks
  • Recruit other A-players and develop future leaders
Product Marketing Management
  • Lead GTM for new products and major launches across Miro's platform
  • Create sales tools that win deals and shorten cycles
  • Develop competitive intelligence and battle cards
  • Build customer and market intelligence programs
  • Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partners
  • Balance individual product stories with platform narrative
Model Excellence
  • Write positioning docs, create decks, run customer interviews yourself
  • Lead critical launches and high-stakes meetings
  • Stay close to product, market, customers, and partners
  • Show team what great looks like through your own work

What you’ll need

  • Product Builder: 3+ years of building and launching 0-to-1 B2B/B2C2B products at startups/midsized companies (seed-Series B)
  • PMM Leadership: 3+ years leading product marketing with measurable business impact; 
  • Team Builder: Built or scaled PMM teams of 10+ people that consistently delivered results
  • Scale Experience: Led scaled marketing for products; comfortable with both PLG and enterprise sales
  • Successful launches across both 0-to-1 products and scaled solutions
  • Proof your strategies delivered results (pipeline, win rate improvement, or product adoption at scale)
  • Bonus: Experience with partner-sourced/influenced revenue 
  • Demonstrated success in transitioning a company from single product to multi-product or platform marketing strategies
  • Deep understanding of B2B buying processes, enterprise sales cycles, multi-stakeholder decisions
  • Experience marketing to diverse personas: end users, champions, economic buyers, C-suite
  • Knowledge of PLG, inside sales, field sales, and partner-led motions
  • Familiarity with subscription, usage-based, and enterprise licensing models

The reasonably estimated salary range is specific to New York and may not be applicable to other locations. Final compensation and total package components will be based on individual factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. The range for this role is:

$243,000$304,000 USD
