Go-to-Market Lead - Miro Engage
Department: Product
Locations: Copenhagen, London, Remote EMEA
Job Requisition ID: JR001563
Mission
Own and drive the end-to-end GTM strategy and execution for Miro Workshops. You will sell directly, coordinate cross-functional delivery, and turn momentum into revenue. ARR is the north star.
What You'll Do
Sell & prove the motion: Run discovery, demos, pilots, and closes with lighthouse accounts; co-sell with AEs/NPIs; create early reference wins.
Own GTM plan & execution: Build the launch and growth plan (targets, plays, assets, enablement), run weekly cadences, and unblock cross-functional delivery.
Partner with Product: Feed crisp market signals, prioritize GTM-critical gaps, and align roadmap sequencing with revenue impact.
Collaborate with Product Marketing: Refine positioning, messaging, and market education (ownership sits with PMM); ensure consistent pitch and proof points.
Sales enablement: Ship the demo storyline, objection handling, competitive angles, proof kits, and customer stories; train NPIs/AEs/CSMs.
Pipeline engine: Stand up repeatable campaigns and partner motions; instrument lead → win funnel; run win/loss and VOC loops.
Metrics & ops: Build dashboards, forecast ARR, and drive weekly "plan vs. actual" with clear corrective actions.
What Success Looks Like (12 Months)
- Material ARR from Workshops with a clear, repeatable sales play
- Shorter sales cycles, higher win rates, and strong attach/expansion in target accounts
- A durable GTM operating rhythm (assets, enablement, references, reporting) used by field teams
- Clear product feedback loops that translate into shipped improvements tied to revenue
You'll Thrive Here If You Have
- 5–8+ years in B2B SaaS GTM, sales, or business development (must have active selling experience)
- Entrepreneurial DNA: 0→1 builder, comfortable in ambiguity, hands-on and fast
- Strong product understanding and the ability to translate customer problems into crisp GTM asks
- Proven cross-functional leadership (PMM, Product, Sales, Growth, RevOps) without direct authority
- Bonus: Ex-founder, workshops/facilitation familiarity, or selling to professional services buyers
The Reality
You'll be working in an entrepreneurial pod within a larger company focused on AI and enterprise products. High autonomy and executive support, but you'll need to advocate for attention and resources. Perfect for someone who thrives on building without a paved road.
Practicalities
- IC role (no direct reports) but leads a cross-functional tiger team to deliver outcomes
- Global hiring; EU time zone preferred
- Some travel for customer meetings, enablement, and launches
