What you’ll do
- Prospect and Engage: Leverage outbound strategies and tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong to identify and connect with high-potential prospects in your territory
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a high-volume pipeline of opportunities, ensuring consistent deal flow and efficient sales cycles
- Value Selling: Understand customer needs and challenges, demonstrating how Miro’s platform addresses their specific use cases and delivers measurable business value
- Customer Relationships: Develop trust and credibility with key stakeholders, including senior decision-makers, within prospective organizations
- Sales Excellence: Drive deals to close efficiently by managing high-velocity sales cycles while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and customer engagement
- Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Customer success, and Sales Engineering to ensure alignment and optimize customer expansion efforts
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and advancements in SaaS to position Miro as the solution of choice
What you’ll need
- Experience: 2+ years in a SaaS or technology sales environment, with experience in either a full-cycle closing role or a sales development background
- Skills: Strong prospecting abilities, effective communication skills, and proficiency in value-based selling techniques
- Tools: Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce and sales engagement tools such as Outreach and Gong
- Mindset: A results-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
- Adaptability: Experience managing shorter sales cycles and high transaction volumes, with the ability to balance multiple priorities
- Collaboration: A team player who enjoys working cross-functionally to drive success
- Language: German speaker required
