About the Team
CAIT team sits under Miro’s Chief Transformation Officer and reports directly to our CEO. We are responsible for testing and rolling out Lighthouse AI Transformation Programs with Miro’s largest customers. The team plays a crucial role in helping our customers transform their businesses by bringing the full power of Miro’s multi-player collaborative AI Innovation Workspace to customers’ environment.
Each role at Miro is based at one of our physical hubs, and we look for talent that want to be part of these local, collaborative communities. Mironeers work in a hybrid model, with 3 days a week in the office as our baseline.
About the Role
Customer AI Transformations Engineer has deep expertise in Large Language Models and autonomous AI agents. The role blends strong technical execution with enterprise-grade deployment discipline and cross-functional collaboration. You will architect intelligent solutions that transform core business functions - product development / software engineering lifecycle, product R&D, sales, marketing, operations - across industries, ensuring secure, compliant, and scalable adoption of AI in complex enterprise environments.
What you’ll do
- Do deep discovery with customers around their key business challenges with the purpose to explore whether Miro’s AI Innovation Workspace can solve for it
- Design and implement scalable Miro AI applications (Miro blueprints) for enterprise workflows
- Integrate enterprise data using RAG and vector databases
- Apply text pre-processing, chunking, and summarization, context engineering and fine-tune techniques to improve performance of Miro AI solutions
- Develop and orchestrate AI agents
- Ensure robust monitoring, logging, and evaluation of LLM applications
What you’ll need
- 4 - 6 years in Data Science/Data Engineering at leading tech or AI/Digital consulting firms, with minimum of 2 years experience in Generative AI
- Advanced degree in CS, Applied Math, Physics, or equivalent
- Strong Python/ JS and software development skills
- Deep knowledge of transformers and LLMs (GPT, Claude, Mistral)
- RAG pipelines, vector stores
- Context engineering and fine-tuning
- Enterprise cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) with Docker/Kubernetes
- Data connection, integration and pipelining skills; integration with SharePoint, Confluence, Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow etc
- Privacy/compliance/AI risk management; collaboration with architecture, cybersecurity, governance; understanding of AI regulations (e.g., EU AI Act)
- Experience working with customers on solving real life problems under tight deadlines
