About the Team

You will be joining the team that is part of the Release Experience substream within the broader Infrastructure organization at Miro. Our main responsibility is to ensure the smooth functioning of the software delivery lifecycle, from feature conception by developers and product managers to deployment in production.
We focus on building and maintaining the CI/CD platform infrastructure, including orchestration steps related to application deployment. 

About the Role

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a robust CI/CD infrastructure and creating tools that improve the developer experience overall in Miro. We expect you to have a strong background in infrastructure and experience in software engineering. In addition to your technical expertise, you should have excellent communication and collaboration skills. You will be expected to work closely with other engineers and stakeholders to understand their needs and translate those into effective, industry-standard technical solutions.

What you’ll do

  • Enable a robust, secure and efficient CI/CD platform for 700+ Miro engineers
  • Ensure best practices and high operational efficiency for the CI/CD infrastructure
  • Provide outstanding solutions and educate Miro engineers on efficient and reliable delivery practices
  • Consolidate various CI/CD tooling and provide standardized, industry-standard delivery solutions for Miro teams by using ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, Kubernetes etc

What you’ll need

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience
  • Experience working in developer acceleration and infrastructure-related areas such as system engineering, CI/CD tooling, infrastructure as a code
  • Experience writing code in a server-side programming language (Golang, Python preferred)
  • Solid knowledge of k8s, microservice concepts, service-to-service interaction at scale
  • Familiarity with GitOps and related CI/CD toolset: ArgoCD, Kargo, GitHub Actions, Terraform
  • Collaborative and communicative, comfortable working across disciplines to align engineering with product goals
