What you’ll do
- Help develop and execute Miro’s workplace strategy that aligns with Miro’s overall business objectives and support and proactively find opportunities to increase our experience.
- Take responsibility for the hub experience, working with cross-functional project teams to own hub-related projects, initiatives, and day-to-day execution.
- Communicate effectively with all employees and senior stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service
- Build and support all aspects of the employee experience, including internal events and programs from the Workplace perspective, focusing on employee engagement and satisfaction
- Ensure our office spaces are comfortable and functional, and meet the needs of our teams, including coordinating office maintenance processes and liaising with building management as necessary
- As the Regional Workplace Manager, you are responsible for developing and growing your Austin team member’s career by coaching them on how to run running the office day to day to truly owning it end-to-end.
- Managing and overseeing all workplace vendors and contractors, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong relationships to ensure quality services (SLA’s) are provided
- Project management, including managing office moves, relocations, program roll-outs, and other workplace-related projects
What you’ll need
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar Workplace manager or Facilities Manager role, with a proven track record of success in managing workplace operations and facilities
- A proven track record of managing teams and developing team members
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and contractors
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills English, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and employee support
- Ownership and accountability for all workplace-related activities, with a high level of motivation and a self-starting attitude
