We are part of the accelerate department, and we partner with the People function and the wider organization to streamline processes, enhance the employee experience, and provide data-driven insights that fuel our people strategy.

About the Role

We are  seeking a highly motivated and skilled People Technology Specialist to play a crucial role in optimising and enhancing the employee experience through the effective management and improvement of our people technology systems.

You will play a tier 2 support role in the issue and change request management to ensure our People tech stack is running smoothly, efficiently, and aligned with our evolving business needs.

What you’ll do

• Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide timely and effective technical support to People team members and employees on all people technology platforms. Investigate and resolve system issues, escalating to vendors when necessary

• Process Optimisation: Identify opportunities to streamline People processes through automation and the effective use of technology with a strong AI first design mindset. Collaborate with People stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions 

• Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for HR team members and employees on how to effectively use people technology platforms. Maintain up-to-date system documentation and standard operating procedures

• Collaboration: Partner effectively with cross-functional teams, including IT, Strategic Finance, GTM and Legal, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of HR technology with overall business systems

• Data Management and System Audits: Develop and generate insightful People reports and analytics to support data-driven decision-making. Run monthly system audits to ensure compliance and accuracy

• Security and Compliance: Ensure the security and confidentiality of employee data within all People systems in line with legal regulation

What you’ll need

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3 years of experience in HR technology administration, implementation, and support. Proven experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud, BambooHR, Personio)
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
  • Strong project management and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and training skills
  •  Ability to work independently and as part of a team
